I'd like to know what the best skincare product there is for getting rid of bags/dark circles under the eyes?

The dark circles under my eyes actually got much better / went away when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and started using a cpap machine... Actually getting a good night's sleep works wonders...

Also, I use a cleanser and moisturizer every morning and night (different kinds in the morning and night) but they're geared towards my dry sensitive skin. I think you need to discover your skin type and go from there.

There are some basic tips to recover from under eye circles.

- Eat well means healthy diet
- Sleep well means proper sleeping without any tension
- Drink lots of water
- Daily exercise

and the last but most important point is to use naural skin care products for your skin.

I found the absolute best thing for smooth skin is to use a vitamin c product. I've had several from dermatologists and recently found Image Skincare Vital C at my wife's skin specialist. As far as specificly eliminating bags, some of that is genetic. The rest is sleep and good skin care. If you have naturally dark circles there is a chance that a Dermatologist can help.

By natural you mean avoiding department store products?

Can you recommend some brands? I been using a lot of well known brands like Shiseido, Biotherm etc. in recent years, but lately I was thinkig of trying a full natural moisturizer and see if there is any difference or benefit

Here is what I use... Seems to work:

- Glycolic facial cleanser
- Moisturizer with SPF every AM (works well as aftershave!)
- High performance vitamin C serum every PM
- High performance continuous moisture eye cream every PM

This is in addition to :

- Exercise 5 days a week: 3 x cardio, 2 x weights
- 2200 calories per day diet
- 8 hours of sleep per day

Pro tip: When you buy stuff from Nordstrom, Neimans, ask for many samples to see what is right for you.

I do road cycling and a low fat diet, I use moisturizers an natural facial cleaners, but my spleeping is not that good. I still have some circles, they seem to be a bit better since I am using a better eye moisturizer, but they don´t go off
