There's a bit too much red in the Before.

Something like muted lime green raw silk would have been nice for the curtains.

The After is just tacky and painfully common.

Oftentimes with these Before & After design situations, the before is better than the after.

I don't trust interior designers these days. It usually involves beige.

Actually, I do like the first quite a bit. Although the latter would be better with an Oriental rug and better furnature.

The before could be improved with better floor covering.

I don't like tile flooring in a living area, but otherwise the before is much better. The after is so antiseptic and soulless.
