I will take a pic if necessary, but here's the deal. It's a 1960's or 1970's Latherizer (as in the machine at the barber shop that creates hot lather).
It is all chrome, which is not common these days. It needs very badly to be cleaned, and I jerry-rigged the electrical hookup which needs to be replaced by a professional. I'm going to throw it out, but that makes me very very sad... it worked fine the last time I used it... and it is a really cool item.
