Buckeyes will have eight Heismans after this season.

No sir, not if Todd Gurley II can keep up anything close to his current production. The guy has been an absolute beast, and he's done it against real competition, not the softies your alma mater has been chewing on.

It's a long season, but, assuming he can keep his production up and stay healthy, Gurley's got to be a favorite.

Lache Seastrunk seems to be making a case. Over 9 YPC and 5 TDs through the first two games, albeit not against anyone with a pulse yet.

Jameis Winston in 2014. Book it. And he'll be a Golden Spikes Award Candidate. There are also rumors he's almost finished on a cure for cancer.

Edina, do you really think I was going to use that avatar for more than a week?

Nope. At any rate, it could also go in the raw ingredient mise en place threak!

What pisses me off is I wanted to go to the game (its a nice drive) but I have this damn GMAT to study for. Oh well, I'm still going to 'Bama.
The Miami situation was a little different...

Are you guys kidding me? USC is, depending how you want to look at it, the greatest or second greatest college football program ever. It is in So Cal. There is more talent in California than anywhere else. The best recruits want to go to USC. The administration and donors will do anything for the program. It is in So Cal. Did I mention it is in So Cal?

SC was freaking awful in the 90s and they had to hire a retread who was like their 5th choice in Carroll. They are one of the most stories
programs ever, and that will keep them afloat in the headlines (do you remember how
much we had to hear about Michigan and ND in the 00s despite being mediocre?), but it doesn't insulate them from having periods of sucking.

In other news go bears, beat the fuckeyes, or at least don't embarrass yourself on national TV.

Michigan almost **** the bed against Akron. Good thing they avoided embarrassing the B1G.

I just walked in the door and turned on the Bama-ATM game to see a tie score and Manziel throwing the ball 35 yards for a 12-yard gain.

Well, in case it's on a delay, I'll just warn you not to get your hopes up for the remainder of the drive.

Also, that's the price you pay for living up north. I can't imagine being anywhere that wouldn't have football on right now.
