I've purchased a lot of 18 East over the past 2 years, often hunting for the earlier drops that came out years before I knew of the brand. My favorites are the pieces with really intricate designs and textural qualities - the Cloch pullover, for example. The design is so cool and captures the 18 East aesthetic perfectly.

This week's Prospect parka might be the best of anything I've bought. Everything about it is SICK. Only my size is sold out thus far and that's such a shame - highly recommend giving it a try!

Definitely the best piece in this drop - like the Mandu jacket but endlessly better with a hood.

Any backpack/bag brands that folks think are 18 east adjacent?

Questions a bit hard to answer as there's a lot of variety/depth to the brand. A simple nylon or polyester water resistant backpack will probably go with the brand if you're wearing it in the acg sense. The acg bags will also work here. Mission workshop makes some decent looking bags/backpacks.

For bags I'm using a printed Engineered Garments carry all tote as a diaper bag, but the print goes with the vibe of the early drops. A friend is using the ripstop EG carry all tote and he likes it too. The only thing is there aren't any internal compartments or dividers so you have to separate the contents with bags (Ziploc, plastic, etc).

Kapital's snufkin bag will also work.

I think Master-piece bags are great and highly recommend them.

On another note, I think the ecru patchwork kantha stitch Yousef has to be an all time top 3 18east shirt. Maybe the best overall.

Agreed, I had to pick up the shirt and shorts. I had the black version from the previous S/S collection but wasn't a huge fan of the ripstop because it was so loud..thankfully the ecru is a lot less crunchy. Fit is fantastic on both pieces, can't believe the shorts are still in stock

Depends on what you're looking for in terms of size, but I got a Tone Custom v1 candor pack and love it as a day pack. 18E also uses Tone Customs gear a lot in their shoots. I can fit my camera and a few other smaller items in it and use it for hiking or walking around town.
