I am no means a sweats expert (swexpert?) but I have 2 pairs of RL jogger style sweat pants and the SI pants are at least twice as thick.

It’s all in the product description but Standard Issue’s fabric is nearly double the weight of other “heavyweight” fleece. Even though in some cases it may look lighter, this fabric is much more dense. I have a lot of Champion reverse weave stuff that NJ skateshop uses for blanks. Haven’t worn it since we got these in. It’s feels like aluminum foil compared to SI’s steel.
