They're made of a premium 13.5-ounce Japanese twill that has been sulfur dyed for a vintage look. Every detail has been carried over from the inspiration and elevated. Really like the look of this coat. Curious about the folds or stitching on the elbows/sleeves — is that a function thing? Also, how would you compare the weight of this to the Molloy bal?
It’s a beautiful piece! Any close ups of the material? Is it fully or partially lined?Articulated elbow for ease of movement (like you’d find on old flight jackets). It’s much more dense and shapely than the Molloy wool. The fabric really holds its line beautifully.
