    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FALL/WINTER 2020

@BlakeRVA Definitely give Size 1 a try and see how you go! Much like EG mainline, sizing varies from season to season. The missus has a Shirt Dress from SS20 in Navy CL and the fit is a lot roomier than previous seasons. So there is a good chance Size 1 might work. I can also confirm SCULP is...

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FALL/WINTER 2020

Epitome and Envoy are by far the best stores to find FWK. Similar to how The Bureau Belfast stock a tonne of mainline. Side note: EG don't even use FWK or Fenwick on the labels anymore sadly - it is differentiated by a white on white label which is a subtle difference from the mainline. My...

Reggie Shop have a very small selection that dropped. That's all I could find. Give it time, will start hitting a lot more retailers in the next month or so.

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS SS20

@GeorgeC Hey mate, I am a father with a toddler and continue to use the EG Country Tote bag in heavy canvas from FW16 (might be tricky to easily find one of these), and then supplement with a Tote Savvy that helps compartmentalise and separate everything (used diapers, changing mat, hand...

You're also quite tall as well, right? Taller than 6 foot? 6'2"? I am 6' and long legs, and EG pants almost always fit cropped. The only exceptions I have found: Levis x EG selvedge denim and Progressive Clothing Denim, both from 2010 and have a huge inseam.

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS SS20

If the design and cut of a model is exactly the same, but dimensions are slightly different, then it would make sense to leave the name unchanged. I remember the interview (not sure where, but it was a few years back now) and Daiki mentioned the fit of designs changing intentionally because it...

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS SS20

The Loiter Jacket is definitely one of looser fits in the current dressier (or tailored) EG jacket designs. It's a relaxed and boxy fit. If you're after with that "tailored" aesthetic I think you're looking for, I recommend the Andover or Bedford Jacket. Both are a perennial design, with Khaki...

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FW19

Zip Hoody from FW16. I own the grey with same stripe, and actually sized down from my ususal Medium to Small. For comparison, I also have the Gym Zip Hoody in Navy from FW14 and Medium fits perfect. As always, double check measurements.

I recommend sizing up a full size from your usual or previous. I bought the Navy/Black leather/hair combo in size 9 from 2019 and it fits way too small (can squeeze my foot in them, but that's it!). I have the mismatch suede/leather black/white check from SS18 in 9 which fits perfect with thin...

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FW19

A little stiff at first, but it is starting to soften up after two washes. I have a pair of USN Pant from FW15 in a similar herringbone cotton fabric (khaki) which has aged beautifully over time. Super soft and feels great, and barely aged with little to no fading.

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FW19

Size up on the Ground Pants!!! I am TTS 32 and Small did not fit me comfortably. I went with the Navy Herringbone Cotton. Great roomy fit. Navy is a dust magnet as well. Washed twice and hoping to break in soooooon.

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FW19

There are no economies of scale! Absolutely zero in fact. Everything is made to order. Basically what stores worldwide collectivel order in advance (a season or so ahead), is what the brand makes for each season. Which is insane, but limits overstock. But is awesome, because EG is the...

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FW19

I think maybe it's time to accept the price hikes and cost of EG in general. It's never going to get cheaper. You either kop at full price, or wait for sale time and risk not getting what you want. The way things are these days, retailers are continually discounting 10-40% throughout the year...

No liner on the Loiter Jacket. Definitely a good middle weight jacket. Heaps of room for layering.

EG is definitely going looser and more relaxed. Size Small for bottoms is amost 33". Shirts are baggier/longer/boxier. Everything from shorts, to pants and jackets are much bigger and less tailored and no longer agressively tapered (it was getting ridiculous tbh, the Cinch Pant in SS17 didn't...

I have worn Small in the Work Shirt since SS15, and the fit has been perfect. The SS19 sizing however, went all loose much like everything else in the range. @robj83 I suggest trying one size down, and seeing how that works for you? The comparison fit might help you make a decision. As...

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FW19

Size up if you can mate. Go 13 which probably as big as they will release. Even if a little big on the feet, you can wear socks (hidden or otherwise) to make up for any slippage. I've had them in sizes 8.5, 9 and 9.5 over the last few years. Quality of build in the past couple years has been...

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS SS 19

@grayfox Definitely a larger fit this season when compared with previous spring/summer drops. I scored a Work Shirt in Big Madras Print (size small) and it is comparable to a size medium from spring/summer 2013.
