Gentlemen, in a shocking turn of events my shoes have been delivered. Fit still is not quite right (even after 2 pairs of fitting shoes), and the lasted shoe trees do not fill the space of the shoe. Nonetheless, the shoes are beautiful.- rbhan12

Agreed, doubt anything will come from this. Mostly just to make myself feel better LOL. Marco has a few business addresses in Manhattan, so I'll probably file with small claims court in NYC. Really frustrating to see (or not see) Marco run away with so many people's money.- rbhan12

Ouch indeed. Informed Marco today that if my shoes are not ready by Sept 30th (tomorrow) that I will be taking legal action. At this rate he's probably screwed over enough people to start a class action lawsuit.- rbhan12

He's been responding pretty consistently since February. I email about once a month (when another delivery deadline has passed). He usually replies within the hour if the timezones line up, otherwise within 24 hours. I think I ordered back in December, could have been even earlier...- rbhan12

I commissioned and paid, he's been giving me the runaround since February. I'm way beyond the 6 months for PayPal to do anything about getting my money back. Supposedly I'm supposed to receive my shoes between Sept 15-30. Really hope I'm not SOL and out a good chunk of money--not sure what to...- rbhan12
