No Rolex? The Sinn U50 SDR has been a revelation. Slim, robust, distinct design, a much higher quality feel that the (second hand) price suggests. The T50 might be better looking objectively, and with a better movement, but U-series if so Sinn! I’m smitten! Thinking of adding an EZM.- NonServiam

Like others have pointed out, I’m guessing a missing digit, for example at the end of the serial, making it a 2.9mil approx 1971. Lovely watch, get a new crystal and enjoy it! Here is my 1977 1603, for reference.- NonServiam

My 2005 Rolex 16710 has been on my wrist this week, for a splash of color in a grey, wet season. Picked this one up for a song way back when, still find the five digit models the most versatile Rolexes.
