Eames Lounge Chair copies... worth it?
I bought a RoveConcepts Eames replica and had it shipped within Canada to Toronto. It's not bad. They obviously don't polish all the metalwork to 100% (there are rough spots) and the interior padding feels different vs. a real Eames (firm but not as spongy-pillowy). Toronto restaurant recommendation
Gotta recommend Jacob's & Co. steakhouse. Possibly the best steak I've had so far; steak tartare is excellent too. They have a $1000 50oz aged kobe steak from Japan on the menu, but my wallet only let me order the aged USDA prime. Wine list is highway robbery though. Pitiful amount of choice...- Maximus Mark

Decided to part with these to fund some bespoke. "Melton" oxford style (punched captoe with plain back). Cigar shell is MTO only, they don't make them direct. What’s a $4,000 Suit Worth?
Great article. Once you go bespoke, you can't go back. I prefer to support a local bespoke tailor as well (Trend custom), though my suits are more in the $2K range as he has a staff of junior tailors and seamstresses for production. MTM suits Toronto - ceiling $1,100 - no one found?
Traveling or online tailors (ie. Hemrajani, Thick as Thieves, Kent Wang) can be had for the $1000 mark. They will be made in Asia.
