    TLB are just offering more choice which is what any good business does. They won't appeal to everyone but they are super popular with many people.

    I always get the shoe trees now and think they are a good investment. They do a great job and are not expensive for what you get. Recommended.

    In my experience, customer service from TLB is right up there. It's a big, growing company but they still have time for personal service. In fact, it's really refreshing to know you are dealing with good people who make a big effort to help you. As far as the 10 day thing goes, I don't know...

    As the warmer weather approaches I treated myself to a pair of Artista loafers and they arrived today. Fantastic, very happy with them!     I have a pair of Artista shoes that are about 18 months old and they are wearing fine. Same as any other shoe really. I do look after them though; shoe cream, polish, I rotate them. But they are absolutely fine.

    I got my first pair of TLB shoes over 2 years ago. I look after them (they are easy to polish etc) but I live in the UK where it rains a lot in the winter and I wear them no matter what the weather.

    I've found it to be excellent, really nice feel to it but it is durable too. As good as any other brand. It shines up nicely as well.
