Considering how we just watched a single episode padded with an entire season of tedious filler, it shouldn't impress you much that they've got three more "seasons" planned out.
I'm not sure that "impressed" is the right word to describe what I thought about it.

Season 3 - Dolores's Layover in Atlanta. 600 extras will be killed.

The show is proving to be a lot like Lost. You should stop to evaluate it from time to time and ask yourself "does what I just saw make any sense from the setup last season?" The answer of course is no;
I've never seen Lost, so I can't really comment on that. I don't actually watch a lot of TV.
Hannibal could have smuggled out a bunch of brain balls without killing anyone; if anything it would have made it a lot easier to do it.
I definitely agree with that. The show makes it pretty clear that hosts can live outside of the park. The whole concept of "freeing the hosts" seems a little contrived to me.
