And the 2018 award for worst action scenes in a high-budget television show goes to....

It's...just awful. It looks ridiculous and there are never have any consequences. These extras just keep appearing and shooting each other in the stupidest way possible. The leads take a couple bullets every episode and never the worse for it.

And remember this?

Well there goes my idea for a "Quakeworld" movie where the guy's wife kills herself after watching his demos.

Did you not see the part where his brain scan or whatever said he was a paranoid psychotic? The hat knows more than we could from watching him for two seasons. But no wonder the guy thinks he's a robot---he's a 70-year-old man who's spent the last couple weeks running around beating people up and getting shot and over, and it barely slows him down.

That, or it's just nonsensical bullshit like everything else in the show.

Well, I think he is probably human... But we know those brain scans aren't perfect since they never catch Bernard.

Finished the season yesterday night. The human commando/guards are terrible shots.

I am not certain I will stay loyal to the show

This has started to annoy me. Every time Bernard gets scanned, the scanner is behind his neck or facing away from the camera so we never actually see the scan results. I can only assume it's intentional, but what's showing up on the screen? Some sort of "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" message? A false human reading?

I have read that they already have something like five seasons' worth of material/storylines worked up. I dunno whether the show has enough to say to keep me interested though, while staying within the conceit of the original story.

That was kinda ridiculous when Delores and William roll up with horses and ******* revolvers, no cover, and take out three commandos with automatic weapons and cover.

You have to think, though, these are gunslingers with 60 years of experience between them (one literally a robot) up against security guards ******** their pants.

Considering how we just watched a single episode padded with an entire season of tedious filler, it shouldn't impress you much that they've got three more "seasons" planned out.

Season 3 - Dolores's Layover in Atlanta. 600 extras will be killed.

The show is proving to be a lot like Lost. You should stop to evaluate it from time to time and ask yourself "does what I just saw make any sense from the setup last season?" The answer of course is no;

Hannibal could have smuggled out a bunch of brain balls without killing anyone; if anything it would have made it a lot easier to do it.
