I don't think they're pressing down that hard. You can see some of the same process being done here at 4 mins and 25 secs

Wasn't thinking so much that it would get overly flattened rather that they'd scortch the silk.

Their web site has a sale usually in January, but it's mostly ties, pocket squares, and scarves IIRC. Not sure if clothing was included last sale. They have a couple of "pop-up" sales a year too, I know there was one in London and one in NYC last year. The NYC sale was amazing!

They also had an Urban Daddy deal a few months ago that was just shirts and ties. I have no idea if anything like that will happen again, but I got a couple of shirts from it.

I haven't really seen Drake's clothing sold anywhere other than their site, the pop-ups, and that Urban Daddy deal. Lots of places like Mr Porter and Barney's carry their accessories and can often be found on sale.
