Visiting next month and going to a Wednesday evening performance at Met Opera (Terrance Blanchard/Fire in My Bones). Is a dark navy suit passable? I grew up going to ballet/opera/symphony but it's been a while and haven't been to The Met before.

Yea... I'm too lazy for that. I'm going in mid December so depending on weather, if it's cold AF that throws out all dress clothes because I'm trying to be warm.

NY is not THAT cold, flannel pants+tweed sport coat would be pretty warm if you throw sweater under can probably tough it out or bring a down jacket with you if you don't want CM outwear
