Thank you. Would you mind elaborating on why you don’t like the height? I haven’t tried that many different collars, so it’s hard to imagine the issue. They stay under no problem (soft roma spread). Just make sure you’re okay with the tall collar band. I‘m back to soft president spread because of that.
Thank you! Great jacket and rise on those jeans. I apologize for being overly-cautious or pedantic, but I was wondering about the collar points staying under while wearing a tie. I assume that’s a non-issue?Heres few pics of Soft Roma Spread with a jacket on. Fabric is Baird Mcnutt olive linen for reference. The collar points are long and stays neatly under the lapels of the jacket. @EdwardPatrick

Ya no issues there.Thank you! Great jacket and rise on those jeans. I apologize for being overly-cautious or pedantic, but I was wondering about the collar points staying under while wearing a tie. I assume that’s a non-issue?
I had Luigi help me with shirt measurements in December of 2022. I thought he did a pretty solid job. I've had a few adjustments done since then. However, that's because (1) they started doing the shrinkage allowance after that (which has been it's own issue), and (2) my weight has fluctuated since then.Thinking of giving Proper Cloth another chance after an absolutely terrible experience getting measured for a shirt a few years ago. I'm inclined to give a pair of their trousers a go, perhaps a suit.
I live in NYC so would like to go to the showroom. Has anyone had any good experiences with the staff/measuring team there? The person who did my shirt back in the day was comically bad, and it feels like there's probably some real variation on the competence of the people doing the measurements.
Any names of particularly good/experienced staff members would be great.
