The fact the new GX is a BoF is about the only thing I'm not liking about it. It transmits road input in a different fashion than a unibody, IMO, and constantly reminds the driver they're basically driving a fancy pickup truck.
That’s kind of the point. BoF is superior, off the road.
That's not really why I'm interested in the GX though. I mean, do I think I might do some rough roads in Baja with it? Winter in Canada? Sure. Other than that its main two draws for me would be Lexus/Toyota vehicle lifespan and also the lifespan of the design cycle. I want to go into retirement with such a vehicle.
If you stop leasing, you stop being piobaire
Why not the TX? I mean I like the looks of the GX more but the hybrid options and kid space of the TX have basically solidified it as my next purchase. That's not really why I'm interested in the GX though. I'll be retired, which is far better.
Are you sure you’ll qualify for a lease on a Walmart greeter’s salary?
You really did not understand the exchange there, did you?
I'll be retired, which is far better.
See, none of us can imagine you in anything other than a lease.
