Would love info on this overcoat

Hello everyone,

First post here
I inherited this overcoat from my uncle’s estate
I’m pretty much the only person he liked who it fits, so the executor thought it should go to me.

He had some great style and I inherited a few other nice sport coats and pants.

But this item seems not only special to me, but extremely hard to find any information on.
So I wanted to ask the experts here to see if they could provide me with any information about it

I was approached by a friend who loves this coat and told me he would purchase it off me at any time.
This style being a little too elegant for me I am somewhat considering it, however I feel in a decade or two it could grow into me as I age.

I have uploaded some images of the coat.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
