What exactly you call this Shoes toe? Is it elegance enough to wear?

Looking for some Italian shoes maker and found this toe type (seem like only italian shoes maker do this type), it is not exactly square but also not round ! How will you call it ? Is it elegance to wear in real life ?

Most call it either a squared off or soft square.

Plenty of gentlemen like this style, though I personally think it looks like an upscale Payless model.

I have a pair similar to the ones you posted. It’s a dressier loafer that works with a suit or trousers and a jacket. Wouldn’t wear them with anything more casual than that.

Check out/google the Berluti "Andy".
Probably the most well known version of this style.
Many hate on it, but I've always had a soft spot for it. I've come close to picking up a pair a few times.

When I see square toes, I think of bad square toes. Something like:

MW40_41PX_02_JOSEPH_ABBOUD_BLACK_MAIN


I like round/almond. Not everyone agrees. That's fine. This is merely an aesthetic opinion.

Do I think the soft square of the shoes you mention are as bad as the above? No, I just don't like the family resemblance here.
