Time management

Hi guys, just wondering if any of you have any experiance working with time management? I'd like any tips and tricks on how you structure your everyday life to be able to fit it all in. Work, exercise, qyality time etc.

Everyone’s situation is of course different, so tips that work for my life might not work for yours. would also caution that in my opinion, time management is like managing one’s own weight. There are no quick solutions or tricks, just good overall discipline.

How old are you? Do you have kids or other dependents? What is your work or school situation? Do you WFH? How much flexibility do you have in your work schedule? Do you travel much for work?

What do you perceive is lacking in your own time management?
