It unfortunately falls under the fairly common occurance of being from some old swedish haberdashery of which there are absolutely 0 details about online or in records. These are the only two tags inside of it + two hanger pictures to show the great pattern-matching and shape.
The only remotely seemingly relevant info I've been able to find online is that there was someone called Erenus Ludvid Lagergren born in 1821 who was a tailor, but he apparently died before he was even 50 and I haven't been able to find any descendants with the same profession nor any company records for haberdasheries/tailor shops with the name either.
And while it's very fun to find further details on old pieces and figuring out from where and when they came from, the flipside in cases like these is that with 0 available info I tend to thrift them for really cheap. I think this particular jacket was maybe 15-20$, in basically perfect condition with no tailoring necessary.
