Suit Jacket Fit Check

Hi guys!

Can you please tell me if the below suit jacket fits me well? I am mostly concerned about length and shoulders.

The jacket is wrinkled so it's hard to tell, but it's definitely too long. Also, the back needs to be taken in it is too wide now.

Thank you, I decided to go one size smaller, which is about a centimeter shorter and fits me tighter in the upper body which I think looks better.

Below is the end result after altering the sleeves of the smaller-sized jacket. I think it turned out very well, considering the usual guidelines such as the back completely covering the butt - which it just barely does.

May someone please tell me if the fit is right or have I got it wrong again?

Chest looks too tight. Everything else looks ok.
