No scent ever made by man needs 12-15 sprays. Unless your main intention is to wipe out all insects within 5 meters, sedate cats and dogs and repulse all larger animals, including humans.

Mona di Orio Vermillion Wood today. This is one of the best in their Alinea line. Wood and red fruits. Oud, vetiver, plum, pome grenade. Smells a little like a gentler version of Plum Japonais, which is a good thing since I think PJ is one of very few great Tom Ford frags.

If everyone in the room isn't being choked out with their eyes watering by the fragbro wearing too much perfume, is the fragbro really a powerful manly man? Does he even exist if people can't smell his perfume? If other people can't smell it and potentially compliment it, then what is even the point of wearing the perfume that anybody can buy so long as they have the money for it?

Today is Christian Dior Vetiver.

I would say that my favorite genre of fragrance is fougeres/barbershop scents. Today I went with Milano Cento HIM (edt). I have not tried the EDP-version. Great stuff!

Comme des Garcons 2 Man. I noticed there are some strong similarities to Blackpepper but this one has some more sweetness and a broader range of notes. If that makes sense.

Thanks for the recommendation. Plum Japonais is one of my favorite TFPBs (along with the departed Italian Cypress--why does the brand keep doing this?), and I've been looking for a replacement now that my decant is getting dangerously low.
