Today's scent - Penhaligon's Racquets.

Tobali Iron Wind today. First time I try this japanese brand. A positive surprise. It claims to have ”hot iron” as a fragrance note, whatever that is. I get cloves, saffron, violet, cedar and incense. Very cosy, should be great for fall.

So oud, and citrus with just enough watery notes to cut through everything but not be an aqueous scent. This is literally just on the cusp of being too much with everything but it is not.

Badass scent. I wish they toned down some of that natural sweetness that the woody notes give off.
