The problem with open source tools is that there might be features that are fully functional. You need to hire developers if you want to fix a bug or if you want to develop a tool.

My team uses a project management software package called Latitude and it helped us manage our projects, documents and clients. When we experience any problems in using the tool, their support team is always ready to help us.

Hello! I have not heard of such an application. I can recommend what I use. ManageMart is a software / application that I have been using for several years. Helps to manage my projects, control staff, follow the calendar. My reliable assistant.

No doubt, Basecamp is good. I have used it previously to manage the project and internal communication with our client. It has easy to use interface. You can manage all your projects from a single dashboard along with whom you have assigned that project, which will help you to check employee's productivity also.

I think you can give a try.
