Really cool piece from Junya (AW07). Was on @Rosenrot's webstore, but is now sold out.

Actually made from a coated cotton, but looks a lot like the kind of leathers (material wise) you'd see at M0851 or something.

So far the only thing i don't like about this jacket is the way leather folds/wrinkles near the shoulder/chest area when it's unzipped.

Take a look is it too big for me or why is it not straight in that area:

Zipped looks good though:
It looks that way because the jacket was not made for your shoulder slope. It's not a stiff, heavy leather like horse or steer, which will wear with time to conform to your body, either... So, I would return, personally.

Ok, this makes sense, I will return it then. Thank you for explanation
Also - why are you holding your arms out and forward like that?
if I force my shoulder backwards, then my arms go little forward.

Just stand naturally in pics if you are after fit advice. Standing in an unnatural pose will make any jacket look like its fits weird.

Estranged, your chest/shoulders compared to your waist looks like this - II
The jacket was designed for someone that looks like this - V

See the picture below.. You have narrow/short shoulders and a small chest so there's a bunch of fabric there not being filled out. That's why there's extra fabric bunching up in the chest near your armpits (red), it's why there's divots forming at the top of your arms (blue), and it's also why there is extra fabric bunching up on top of your shoulders and the collar is riding up on your neck (yellow). Zipped looks 'better' because it pulls some of the leather towards the middle and away from the shoulders where it's bunching up.

As an experiment, either put on some kind of bulky sweater or two, or a sportscoat jacket with shoulder pads etc and then try it on. The V will fill out and you'll see the difference. How do I know this? Because I have the same body type and see the same issues when I look at structured garments like this...

So is it a disaster? Eh, no, it's a leather jacket and it looks fine I guess, but really nothing special. Probably an ok jacket with an ok fit. And we're a nitpicky bunch who generally want it to be 'right'. Also notice the above stories... people try on 10 jackets and buy 1. And then they do that 5-10 times until they find something that everyone goes wow with. So if you just want a leather jacket, ok sure it's meh. Like jeans or something, easy to find something meh, but a lot of work to find something great but when you do it really looks damn good. So I say highly consider returning it and try on another 20 yes 20 jackets and you'll have a much better idea of what you like and also what works with your body type/shape.

thanks for drawing + explanation. What's surprising is that it's the smallest size which they had (48), and I am not that small myself at 6 ft 175lb, and i workout,so this jacket is really for someone with really broad shoulders.

I returned it back, but little sad cause it's one of the best looking jackets I've seen. I'd say big majority are lamb jackets which don't look nearly as solid as this one.

She wore this during our trip to Pitti with her a couple of years and it looked frickin' cool. Most of the time, she wore it with a very different silhouette though - much less biker and much more aikidoika, with very wide bottoms. I liked that juxtaposition of volumnes more than this much more obvious styling, I have to say, though this looks good too.

Don't know if this has been posted before in the thread, but this is a fun watch. Lots of leather pieces (originally found the video on Rosie's blog, IIRC)

JunyaXVanson original '07 release. Bad pic (jacket is not weirdly shiny) but you can see the lenght so here you go.
Thanks @0JSIMPS0N (bought from him)

Fuuma forgive me for asking but is your LC2 3-seater legit or a replica?

The red chair is an Arne Jacobsen egg chair which appears to be in a red fabric. The back of the white chair on the left side of the frame is probably an eames fiberglass chair. Not sure about the blue one with armrests though.
