On the scar-stitch, are those metal things likely to come off? Has anyone had one pop off before?? One was slightly loose at the store

I dunno about come off, but I closed the jacket once with just the hooks and one of the more rusted ones just snapped right off. CCP sent me 3 though, negotiated through lazzari, but haven't replaced it.

How exactly are the four metal parts attached? Are they just clamped on with pressure?

I meant how do the four rectangular metal parts stay attached to the leather it self. It looks like something is inserted into the tiny holes of each metal piece in order to secure it to the leather, I just don't know what.
