I spotted this shirt a few months ago at Saks Fifth Avenue. It is now marked down (30 percent) but still expensive. The look and fit is great...wondering if price will drop some more. (not the best photo). I like it because I have yet to see someone wearing it...perhaps cost is a factor.

You don’t need to spend that much for a casual summer linen short-sleeve shirt—especially with winter coming on, which explains the still way-high sales price. BC is known for its fine handmade knitwear. Just because they sell linen shirts (doubtless contracted out to a third-party factory) doesn’t mean you should buy one.

If you really want a BC item in your wardrobe, save your money and buy a nice sweater in January, when sales can be found.

Cuccinelli is just doing it's part to counteract the decades- long
stagnation of the Italian economy.

Brunello C makes sense just for cashmere and their suede leathers
I bet you can find on the shirts makers even better at lower price, if not a bespoke linen for under that price
