I have a fond spot in my heart for Pistachio pudding, though I more frequently eat Tapioca.

What about Yorkshire? I don't even know what that is, but it seems like it should be there.

Maybe it's flavored of terriers?

Yorkshire pudding is actually not a pudding. It is a kind of massive popover (except it doesn't pop) that is baked in a pan and served as an accompaniment to roast beef. Put it on your list of things you must eat before you die.

I'm glad to see rice pudding taking such an early commanding lead. It's my favorite, but I feared it was a dark horse candidate.

One time my grandmother became very sick, and things were looking very bad. Worried that she might not make it, her children decided they had to ask her for her delicious rice pudding recipe. She looked up at them, gathered around her bed, and with a smile said, "It's on the side of the rice box."

Bread pudding has to share the "other" category with Blood pudding, huh?

Troubling...

I have to go with rice pudding. When we were kids, my grandmother used to make rice pudding for us and would put it on the windowsill to cool when she knew we were going over her house. It was awesome and brings back great memories of my grandmother. Now, I eat the sugarfree stuff that comes in a plastic container with an aluminum foil lid.
