First day back to the office and sporting my Christmas gift -- black Fairfax. Happy New Year, all.

I really like the Fairfax. Great to see nordstromrack.com carrying them, but not in my size.

I like wholecuts but realize the brogueing used here is not for everyone.

If I'm an 8 E/EE on the 6 last, where would I likely go for 1943?

I'm a true 8.5 and that's what I wore in my old BR shoes. I'd read that 1943 is closer to true and most size up .5 from 6.

Found a good deal on a 1943 last shoe in 8.5 E. Not sure though and can't try on.

I was just getting ready to point you to the 2017 thread, but I see that you've already found it.
