I actually use a small rucksack for my stuff when going to the gym, and I agree that it does not look nice when you're wearing a suit (the only practical way to carry a rucksack is over the shoulder, and I agree that it really ********** drape of the jacket). I have been looking for a nice gym bag, but I have not found anything that looks nice and that is practical at the same time. Also, I do not want to have anything with a big visible Nike logo or similar. I am looking for something that I can use both with a suit and with jeans.
I am not looking for a big bag, I just need something that can hold my gym sneakers, shorts, T-shirt, socks, swimming trunks, flip-flops for the spa area, shaving stuff and a book.
Any suggestions?

I wouldn't shell out retail price for it, but Tumi's black canvas gym bag works pretty well with either a suit or jeans. It's relatively understated and definitely functional.
