PASTA!!!
I tried ricotta in place of heavy cream in the sauce. Had to add bit of half and half at the end to thin it out a bit. Sauce was not quite as attractive as a nice creamy sauce, but the taste and texture was pretty nice.- Crawford

STEAKS!!!!!!!
It was nearly perfect, probably the best I've done personally. Burned the top just a bit when I put it under the broiler for a couple minutes at the end, but it wasn't really noticable.- Crawford

What did you eat last night for dinner?
I didn't even attempt nice plating, so the picture looks like slop on a plate - but it was delicious. Steak, bearnaise with prawns and asparagus, mushrooms with garlic and shallots.- Crawford
