I sent the buyer an incorrect jacket, he returned to me and I processed a full refund.
He then cancelled my request to cancel the transaction, stating he cannot "accept responsibility" since it's my mistake. That's fine, but I don't think that should be reason to not cancel the transaction, correct?
Any ideas? Would like to get my fees back
