I recently began eating healthy as in no fast food/soda/sugery ****** food. I also purchased set of dumbells, a good weight bench/bar with weights. I'm currently skinny and would like to become more healthier all around. my goal is not to become jacked but just fit. Would anyone be able to help me design a workout routine with what i have. I'm able to purchase other items but not entire weight machines because of lack of space.
