Valextra would be good. I have read in Last that they make RTW shoes in collaboration with Stephano Bemer too.
The ones Bemer makes in collaboration with Valextra are RTW. He has effectively started his own RTW line through them. There is a whole write up about it in Last vol 7 (May '06). They say they make them at a factory an hour outside of Florence. They show machines suggesting that they are Goodyear welted. The Stephano Bemer per Valextra shoes look generally quite promising. Prices are listed as being 126,000-180,650 Yen. Here is an example:
