From look #21 of the S/S09 runway collection, the watch pocket trousers from the Kamikaze/Dr.YY look in black.
62% linen / 38% cotton, with partial cupro lining -- a great, lightweight S/S material.
The trousers are flat front, with a zipper fly. There are 2 front slash pockets, 1 right-side front small watch pocket, and 2 back pockets. Hems are still unfinished.

size 4 and designed to fit oversized, cinched with a belt, as in the runway pic (fits 46-50)
Approximate measurements:
waist: 19.5"
front rise: 13"
inseam: 35.5"
total length along outer leg: 47"
thigh: 11.5"

The trousers are in excellent condition, with no blemishes that I can see (hems are still unfinished).
