I was driving by a random garage/road side sale in Vermont last weekend and picked up a brand new (time capsule sealed quality) YKK 2005 production Filson 256 Tan Briefcase for dirt cheap (seller had no idea what he had). The YKK bag's quality is way better than the current and the post 2010s Filson bags I have. It is shocking that even the tan color of the canvas looks more Filson-ish than the current Filson bags.
