Hey, tried black leather loafers across a couple of brands (C&J, Church’s, Cheaney etc) but most of them are both too narrow and too tight on the top. Are there any decent brands that make wider/higher black leather loafers that are not pointy? Budget wise max £300-350 please. Thank you

I have a quite high instep, to the point that I simply can't get most loafers (sans penny loafers) on my feet. I'm also a bit on the wider side.

Shopped at KaDeWe in Berlin this summer, and spent close to two hours trying on nothing but loafers. I ended up walking out with a couple pairs of Magnanni loafers, as they were the only models that looked sleek enough for my taste, and I could actually get on my feet.
