Most of my style habits I picked up from my father, like my love for bowties and constantly looking my best. I adopt new styles and color schemes from observing others i see on a day to day basis.

Once I was allowed to pick out my own clothes my influences where mostly TV & Peers. I wound up approximating Cross Colours with bright red and green knock off peg leg jeans and Bugle Boy shirts. Thank G_D no pictures survived. Later on it was girlfriends and an adverse reaction to and as a means to disassociate myself from every one else in the ghetto. Those were the Eddie Bauer and Aeropostale days. Now its more of an amalgam of media, people watching, and old stylistic ruminations. The move now is to assimilate the haunts of a Harlem Renaissance and Godard into my style. Like John Henry the way the 30's would have dressed him. Instead I've wound up looking like a ****-skinhead-cowboy, wtf is a styleforvm anyway?
