I'm looking for a tie similar in style to this one made for RLPL but at a lower cost. This one is around $150, which is outside of my budget.

I literally just cut the tags off that tie yesterday. I'm pretty sure mine is navy though. I got it on sale after christmas and it hasn't been worn yet. I have a similar tie and wasn't sure if I wanted to keep that particular one. $90 covers my cost if that's in your budget..
