I seem to remember that at least one sale (FF maybe?) applies to clearance items as well. Can anyone remind me if that's true? It might have also just been one of the promotional cards I received in the mail.

IIRC, you don't put in your corporate number when checking out. You have to link your number to the account first and then it will automatically have your corp. number for your orders. Just look in account settings or something.

Theory: You're supposed to enter it into your actual BB online acount, and it is supposed to automatically give your the deduction at checkout.

Reality: It never works, and I've had to call BB customer service every time I've bought something. I recommend buying the item online, then calling customer service. Takes them less than 5 minutes to discount the price.

If you already have a brooks brothers account it is not possible to "add" a corporate membership to the account. You must sign up for a new brooks brothers account and apply your corporate membership number at the time of sign up.

FF does (at least at the last one) apply to clearance items as well. I've taken full advantage of that.


Prices do seem to be raised for some items during these sales though
