Gemelli is a locally famous clothing store in Milan (men's and women's), so this means Kiton made the suit for that store. The word gemelli actually means twins in Italian (Gemini), but in the context of clothing it means cufflinks. A single cufflink is a gemello.

The label says:
Kiton (has) sewed for the Gemelli.

Kiton is the manufacturer, Gemelli is the brand.
I'm curious of the composition: 64% cotton....and then?
