I've been thinking of buying some APC NS but don't know what to get. I'm usually a 32" waist and I hear they stretch a lot. Do I size down one or two?

I changed my mind. I think I'm going to go NC but I want at least a 10" bootcut hem. Do I still size down two? Where can I cop? Do I need a tailor to open the hems or can I use mini-disco balls to stretch them out? If so, where can I cop mini-disco balls? Also, my thighs are bigger than my ankles. Will that cause the crotch to bust?

I know the shoes are bad, but I also feel that my large feet play a role. That's why I think they're too short, with longer jeans that cover more my feet are less noticeable.
