@venividivicibj Haven’t had the anejo, but really dig the 1 (blanco) and 2 (reposado). The Tapatio and the Fulano were both overproof. Fulano is smoother for sure.

Threw this in a couple of months or so ago. It was just what I happened to have on hand and didn’t want the barrel to dry out. As some of you may recall, i made two iterations of Boulevardiers in here the previous couple of years. It turned out nice… Crushed maybe a third of it last night with a buddy on the back deck, along with some solid cigars…

do you do a traditional 1:1:1 on your boulavardiers? I tend to do 2:1:1

Boulevardiers 2:1:1, though sometimes 1.75:1:1 if higher proof Bourbon, or Rye.
1:1:1 for Negronis.
