Curious as a west coaster, what characteristics define a NEIPA?
And as they say (or as I may have modified), “taste is in the bud of the beholder.” West Coast IPAs are known for being crisp, clear, and aggressively hoppy with great hop aroma and solid bitterness. East Coast IPAs are certainly still hoppy but are known to be hazy, fruity, and juicy with a soft finish.
