How the hell can you bulk on a 1800 calories diet if you maintain an active lifestyle outside the weightroom?
I really do feel better when I am leaner. I have more energy and recuperate faster after working out. I feel that bulking up and than cutting is not best for optimal health. However, I understand a lot of guys want to build as much muscle as possible, but it is not for me. Also, I'm such a hard gainer that I gave up a long time ago the pursuit of bulk.
