Does a replica carry the identifying mark - i thought it was just a look-alike without the mark.

In any event, I would just say that, instead of a vague "go away".

Every time I see your name I wonder why you don't like Vag. It upsets me. But then I realize it's no va.

Don't buy fakes. That said, try a site like Timefactors. Eddie Platts makes/sells honest watches at lower price points that can offer you a wardrobe of several different looks without breaking the bank. The watches' styling is very derivative, but they stay well on the safe side of being called fakes.

Short for Northern Virginia, where I live. It's no different than wondering you like old hags, but then I realized it's Hebrew.

Why would you want to wear a pretend watch is beyond me. If you can't afford it, then work for it and/or save some money. Or get an inexpensive but well-made watch. There is no redeeming qualit in wearing replicas, imo.

Marinella sells very chic plastic replicas of certain watches.

I agree to stay away from replicas but dont see the need to be so harsh. Someone gave me a sub replica in my teens that I wore for years.

As others have said, buy a good quality watch for a few hundred bucks that will last you until you have a spare "20-40k" for a real watch.

Check out the german makers such as stowa and archimede. they make some great pieces for the $$

Replica watches are "pirated" off of the original right?
(not condoning it..just trying to clarify)

Well then, everyone should hand over their mp3s on their ipods that weren't
"purchased" but "found" on some site...

Listening to music that doesn't belong to you is "inane".
I love that word. Only found/used here.

I don't see any threads on here asking where to illegally download mp3s. Go away.

Just bringing humor as you guys mash that guy for suggesting something "inane." (don't want to bash him, as I've been the BASHED) So you're not admitting that you have them stashed away under your Lobb box? Go away...and bring me a sandwich.

No, replicas carry the trademark.

You are confusing counterfeiting with pirating, although both are illegal.

It would be like someone taking Lambo tags and sticking them on a Toyota Celica.

You are trying to portray an image (via your prestige watch names) of being at a certain level; however, you are doing so with a fake watch because it is not in you're means. So yes, seems like you have something to prove.
