In the before covid times these things ran more frequently but for the last year or so they've been monthly. Your call if you want to go sooner or later. I know some guys liked the weekly, some guys like the monthly.

Pick a theme you like and start a new thread with any rules and a timeline of when the contest is open. When it ends, start a new thread and add a poll for voting.
