I've liked some of the individual logos, but I haven't seen an overall piece where I've liked the combination of logos and front/back. For example, I think the tiger logo on the recent season's deckhand is quite nice on the back but the front "VSVM" kills it for me. I also liked the embroidery/stitching on the back of the coaching but the front logo is sorta bad.

I agree- I was thinking about the hickory stripe cotton jacket but the "VSVM" both size and font are absolutely horrid in my opinion (no offense to anyone who's a fan) - I prefer completely unbranded pieces; the lack of branding was a selling point to me when I was getting into the brand.

nice set. i've only been picking up amplus lately but hoping to grab the jumbo sb ultimate in black some time. been wearing the silk amplus alot

Anyone notice that 24SS ultimate jumbo hoodies are significantly smaller than last season? I grabbed two different colors in size 4 and they both fit like size 2

re: logos, I’ve got this stuck in my head:

I’ve come around to when it says visvim, peerless, or even that ICT motors Goodyear swingtop from a couple seasons ago was really cool. The above chore coat looks comfy and plain enough, but I think the perfectly harmonized is a deal breaker.

Ultimately, Visvim needs to keep up with the brand and balance the design preferences for their longtime customers as well as bringing in fresh audiences. The younger demographic, particularly in JP, prefer logos and I think the brand has taken a shift to this over the last few years and is a bit off putting to long time customers.

They've recently made some business decisions that make it much harder to get items if you're outside of Japan, mostly to make it harder for proxy/resellers, which I think is longterm good for the brand. For me, I've been wondering if this is a natural way to exit the brand as it will become harder and harder to get the things I want, via trunk shows, at "reasonable" JP prices.

I don't like what they have done in recent seasons personally. Best use of graphics IMO was the Find Your Happiness ICT Campaign. With other ICT releases I tend to like whatever text they use, such as the Goodyear Swing Top.

I would say yeah it does seem to good to be true. Grailed does have money back guarantee, use paypal to be double protected. Only if you're good missing like 900 bucks for a bit if it does turn out to be a scam.

$1500 for either assuming 9/10 and/or full set IMO. Maybe you will get for less if you are a true internet gremlin.
